Intermittent no cooling - Pull amps on compressor, condenser motor and blower motor 0 all good to unit specifications. Check capacitors for compressor, condenser fan motor and blower motor - all good to unit specifications. Temperature test on condenser motor housing and is above what it should be. Windings on condenser motor are slowly going out. Recommend changing out condenser motor, as well as servicing condenser coils, as they are filthy. Evaporator coils are clean.

No cooling - blowing warm air. Check furnace for fan operation. Check thermostat and wiring. Found condensing unit not running when calling for cooling. Test voltage on unit - Found one leg of 208/230 not working. Repair wiring and test unit. Unit working correctly at this time.
