Called resident and left a message I was on my way He called back and told me he was not home but go ahead and do the work Arrived at home left one 20x30x1 and one 20x25x1 filters on his porch as per our discussion Went to roof Compressor amps were #1 5 #2 was 9.2 both rated at 9.3 Condenser amps were 1.0 rated 2.0 Caps for herm were #1 147 #2 was 144 both rated 135-162 good Supply air was 52 Return air was 73 Split of 2, good Cleaned condenser coil Cleaned condensate lines Unit running good Need to keep an eye on compressor number 2. Amps in range but close to limit Should be ok for now

Checked in with customer Removed and installed new (1) 20x25x1" and (1) 20x30x1" Set up and cleaned condenser coils, heat exchanger, flame sensor, heating compartment and controls Checked all safeties, verified inducer motor operation .35 amps good Checked all electrical connections and voltage, 246.7v high, 27.7v low good Verified blower motor operation, checked all contactors and capacitors. Note: spring maintenance , change (2) 35uf 440 round run capacitors. Capacitors tested ok, but rusted out, ready to change in spring Checked evaporator coil, used leak detector on front side of coils and pan Tested complete heating cycle, unit working good at this time Call complete

Installed an APCO-X Air filtering system on customers unit.

Air conditioner and furnace will not turn on. Check condensing unit - compressor is running, but fan is not. Check capacitor for compressor and condenser fan. Capacitor is good. Temp test on condenser motor housing - reads higher than should be. Split system unit needs new condenser motor. Quote sent to customer.
