Planned maintenance Performed PM on unit Found gas leak on unit, while investigating also found crack in heat exchanger. Turned gas off to unit and informed customer unit was condemned. Took measurements for new unit. Will provide customer quote for new unit. Job Complete

Planned Maintenance Performed maintenance on unit. Checked voltage 240V 1 Phase. Compressor amps 9.4 with a rating of 15. Condenser amps were 75 with a rating of 1.1 Cleaned coil. Changed Filter. Unit is running great.

Customer called and said unit was shutting on and off Checked in with customer and went right to thermostat. Thermostat was dim and needed to be changed. Received authorization from customer to change thermostat. Changed thermostat, test, all working okay. Checked entire unit 2 days prior and wiped down flame sensor and blew out compartment
