Ceiling leaking - Customer poked ceiling and it fell down. Customer saw water was leaking from exposed ductwork. Customer poked it with knife and 20 gallons of water fell out of the duct work. Condensation line coming out of unit is clogged going down into attic and out side of house. It was filled with debris and acorns/nuts. Cut condensation line so water can run off roof to rain gutter, at customer's request. Patch up return ducting where hole was so customer can use air conditioning. Customer will need new return ducting -- 18 inches is duct size for return ducting. Customer stated he will probably do the piping himself, but asked us to send a quote, as well.
