Schedule my maintenance with Rare, but was not able to be there for the service. I asked my Mom to step into my place and show him where the units were. The technician (Scott) was awesome with my mom, professional, knowledgeable, and performed quality work.

Performed a maintenance on split system. Check capacitor for condenser fan motor and compressor, as well as draw. Check temperatures entering and exiting condensing unit, as well as suction and liquid line temps. Check blower motor amp draw. Confirm that both dampers open opponent from the thermostats. Inspect condensate drain. Check supply and return temps. Wash condensing coils.
